CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 100% cancellation fee for no shows, same day cancellation, and same day reschedules! • Reschedules must be made 24+ hours in advance. • Cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows will result in loss of deposit only. LATE POLICY • 10-minute grace period allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a cancellation fee. SERVICE CHANGES • Must be requested 24+ hours in advance. • Changes made within 24 hours will be charged at the original service price. By booking, you agree to these policies.
